Privacy Policy
Effective date: 26 June 2026
This page explains what information Northline PCs collects when you submit a custom build inquiry, how it is used, and the choices you have. Northline PCs is an independent service operated by an individual builder.
Information we collect
Through the inquiry form, we collect only what you choose to provide, which may include:
- Your name and email address (needed to reply)
- Your phone number (optional)
- Details about your desired build: intended use, budget, applications, performance goals, appearance preferences, connectivity needs, existing parts, and target date
- Any additional notes you add
For security and spam prevention we also store a one-way, salted hash of your IP address (never the raw address) and your browser's user-agent string. These are used to limit abuse, not to track you across the web.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and to plan, quote, and discuss your build
- To prevent spam and protect the form from automated abuse
- To keep a simple record of inquiries so we can follow up with you
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where your information is stored
Inquiries are stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Reasonable measures are taken to keep this information secure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are retained only as long as needed to assist you and to keep reasonable records of work and communication. You may ask us to delete your inquiry sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted. Email northlinepcs@gmail.com and we will take care of it within a reasonable time.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. The inquiry form uses only the data you enter and the basic technical information described above.
Children's privacy
This site and service are intended for adults. If a minor wishes to commission a build, a parent or guardian should make the inquiry.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
